Dog trainer Dara Lambert of White Oak Animal Hospital uses a decoy with Tikka, a show pit bull, at Curtis Memorial Park in the Hartwood area of Stafford on Friday. Lambert and Paula Thomas, head trainer at White Oak Animal Hospital and Tikka’s owner, took advantage of mild temperatures and got in an outdoor training session with their own dogs. The decoy was used to gauge how Tikka might react to other dogs.
Lambert congratulates Tikka on a job well done.
