J&J Tile and Marble, which has a store on U.S. 1 in Spotsylvania County, is expanding to a second area location in Stafford County. The business, which we featured in a 2007 article, recently signed a lease for 6,000 square feet of retail space at 100 Susa Drive next to the Stafford Post Office off U.S. 1 (Revolution Cycles says on its website that it is relocating from there to 2773 Jefferson Davis Highway, Unit 111, in the Aquia Park retail center). Lumenium LLC has leased 2,000 sq.ft. of industrial space in Airport Center at 3509 Shannon Park Drive in Spotsylvania County.

Stoker’s Unlimited has leased 1,800 sq.ft. of industrial space at 204 Thompson Avenue in Stafford County.
