Carlson, 44, of Rappahannock Academy, was charged with unlawful entry and destruction of property. He was held on a $1,000 secured bond and had an August 26, 2011 court date.
- On August 22, 2011, Deputy K.H. Eichenmiller conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Michelle E. Maxwell, 37, of Milford, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit test. She was held on a $1,500 unsecured bond and has a September 2, 2011 court date.
- On August 23, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Ronald E. Wilson, 62, David L. Reavis, 27, and Leon Fields, Sr., 66, all of Richmond, were charged with possession of marijuana. The three men were released on summonses and have an October 5, 2011 court date.
- On August 24, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Darrell W. Durham, 22, of Woodbridge, VA, was charged with possession of stolen property, driving suspended, and reckless driving. He was held on a $1,500 secured bond and has a September 2, 2011 court date.
- On August 24, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, William A. Toney, 23, of Ruther Glen, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving suspended. He was released on summonses and has an October 5, 2011 court date.
- On August 25, 2011, Deputy M.J. O’Conner responded to call in the Milford area. Upon further investigation, Tania G. Williams, 32, and Arthur L. Carter, 54, both of Milford, were charged with reckless handling of a firearm. Both were released on a summons and have a November 18, 2011 court date.
- On August 26, 2011, Investigator B.L. Fedder concluded his investigation concerning a stolen property call in the Ruther Glen area. As a result, Travis L. Lilley, 19, of Ruther Glen, was charged with grand larceny. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and has a September 2, 2011 court date.
- On August 27, 2011, Deputy F.L. Brennan conducted a routine traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Tonya L. Richmond, 38, of Milford, was charged with driving under the influence, no operator’s license, and dangling objects from mirror. She was held on a $1,500 unsecured bond and has a September 7, 2011 court date.
Caroline County Sheriff’s Office Wrap Up
According to Sheriff Tony Lippa, Caroline Deputies made 8 drug arrests, 2 DUI arrests, 3 domestic violence arrests, 87 other criminal arrests and issued 17 animal control summons or arrests during the past week. The deputies served 308 civil papers, issued 230 traffic summonses, handled 17 motor vehicle crashes, responded to 22 alarm calls, and dealt with 1 juvenile offenders. The Sheriff’s Office Communications Center dispatched 631 calls for service and handled 2369 telephone inquiries. The CCSO also logged 35 calls assisting outside agencies and had 474 self-initiated calls.
- On August 14, 2011, Deputy W.T. Hite responded to a call in the Ruther Glen area. Upon further investigation, Korey J. Washington, 22, of Ruther Glen, and Chris D. Fife, 19, of Richmond, were charged with being drunk in public. The two men were released on personal recognizance bonds and have court dates in August and September.
- On August 14, 2011, Deputy B.J. Sadler responded to a disturbance call in the Rappahannock Academy area. Upon further investigation, Robert D. Kulynych, 50, of Rappahannock Academy, was charged with domestic assault 3rd offence – felony. He was held without bond and had an August 15, 2011 court date.
- On August 14, 2011, Deputy F.L. Brennan encountered Ryan B Ware, 20, of Ruther Glen. Upon further investigation, he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons and has a September 14, 2011 court date.
- On August 15, 2011, Deputy J.K. Miller responded to a disturbance call in the Bowling Green area. Upon further investigation, Robert K. Pistner, 60, of Arlington, VA, was charged with being drunk in public. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and has a September 9, 2011 court date.
- On August 15, 2011, Sergeant C.A. Heywood responded to a call in the Ruther Glen area. Upon further investigation, David L. Rousey, 47, of Ruther Glen, VA, was charged with being drunk in public. He was held on an unsecured bond and has a September 21, 2011 court date.
- On August 16, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright responded to a disorderly person call in the Bowling Green area. Upon further investigation, Brock J. Deadwyler, 36, of Bowling Green, was charged with brandishing a firearm. He was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond and has an August 24, 2011 court date.
- On August 17, 2011, Deputy C.R. Wright encountered Harvey S. Childs, Jr., 54, of Ruther Glen. After further investigation, he was charged with being drunk in public. He was held on an unsecured bond and has a September 07, 2011 court date.
- On August 19, 2011, Deputy B.J. Sadler encountered Evan A. Barlow, 20, of Ruther Glen. Upon further investigation, he was charged with driving under the influence. He was held on a $1,500 secured bond and has an August 24, 2011 court date.
- On August 19, 2011, Deputies A.A. Lippa and J.S. Perry encountered Tammy J. Carter, 28, of Bowling Green. Upon further investigation, she was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, driving revoked, hit and run, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, and distribution of a controlled substance. She was held without bond and has an August 24, 2011 court date.
- On August 20, 2011, Sergeant C.A. Heywood encountered David L. Rousey, 47, of Ruther Glen. Upon further investigation, he was charged with being drunk in public, trespassing, and obstruction of justice. He was held on an unsecured bond and has a September 21, 2011 court date.
- On August 20, 2011, Deputy J.K. Miller responded to a disturbance call in the Rappahannock Academy area. Upon further investigation, Rebecca A. Jones, 33, of Rappahannock Academy, was charged with being drunk in public. She was released on a personal recognizance bond and has an October 7, 2011 court date.
- On August 20, 2011, Deputy W.D. Lipscomb charged Carolyn M. Henderson, 28, of Fredericksburg, and Traveyan L. Chambliss, 26, of Fredericksburg, with additional charges that stem from a felony eluding that took place on August 11, 2011. Henderson was charged with felony conspiracy, aiding and abetting an escape, reckless driving, three counts of failing to signal, and two counts of improper passing. Chambliss was charged with felony conspiracy. Both were held without bond and had an August 22, 2011 court date.

According to Sheriff Tony Lippa, Caroline Deputies made 5 drug arrests, 1 DUI arrests, 6 domestic violence arrests, 116 other criminal arrests and issued 44 animal control summons or arrests during the past week. The deputies served 176 civil papers, issued 186 traffic summonses, handled 20 motor vehicle crashes, responded to 14 alarm calls, and dealt with 2 juvenile offenders. The Sheriff’s Office Communications Center dispatched 552 calls for service and handled 1916 telephone inquiries. The CCSO also logged 58 calls assisting outside agencies and had 372 self-initiated calls.
