The driver of this vehicle thankfully was not injured (probably because she was wearing her seltbelt), however she has been charged with texting while driving.  The single vehicle accident occurred this morning in the 1500 block of William Street, when the driver lost control of her Jeep Cherokee and ended up overturned in a front yard.
