Recent police incidents and arrests in Fredericksburg:

VANDALISM:

 All About Clean, 451 Central Rd, 2/6 – 2/7 7:00 am.  A manager reported that all of the windows were broken out of a company vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

 1500 block Dixon St, 2/6 – 2/7 8:00 am.  A Spotsylvania resident reported that the windshield and driver’s side window were broken out of his vehicle during the overnight hours.   No suspects or witnesses at this time.

 2300 block Fall Hill Ave, 2/2 – 2/7 2:00 pm.  A resident reported that the passenger side mirror was broken out of her vehicle.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

 ARRESTS:

 Franklin Lamont Dane, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Ave on authority of warrants from Berwick, Pennsylvania charging him with two counts of felony kidnapping with a firearm, two counts of criminal conspiracy, burglary, two counts of unlawful restraint, aggravated assault, two counts of threats, and two counts of assault.   

 Lenetta Gilbert, 43, of Locust Grove was arrested for public intoxication.

 Donnell Ashton, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a concealed weapon.
