Looking for a place to eat near Lake Anna?
Allison “Ally” and Donald Nails have teamed up with her son, Frank Burgess, to open Ally’s On the Lake at 200 Lakefront Drive, Suite 105, in Mineral.
The menu includes Crab Imperial dip, grilled boneless porkchops served with apple-walnut chutney, and house-made desserts.
Ally’s is the culmination of a dream of Ally Nails, who has long wanted to own a restaurant in a joint venture with her son.
She had her husband have called Lake Anna home for 23 years, and have owned and operated Nails Auto Service in Fredericksburg for the past 18 years. Burgess has always had a passion for fine dining and has worked in the food service industry since he was in junior high school.
